Are THCa Pre-rolls Legal?
That all depends on where you live. Federally, THCa hemp products that do not contain more than 0.3% THC are totally legal, and not on the controlled substance list. That being said, some states have their own laws regarding hemp products, so it’s best to check the specific legislation of your state before purchasing.

With that said, at the time of writing, there are only 4 states within the continental United States that currently do not allow the sale of THCa products – OR, ID, MN, and AR. Outside of these four states, the sale, possession, and distribution of THCa products remains legal.
